Travel Fees

Travel fees aren’t set or controlled by Texas law, which means they can vary depending on each appointment. We only charge a travel fee if it’s discussed and agreed upon in advance and never as a surprise. This fee simply covers the notary’s travel time and distance and is separate from the state-regulated notarization fees listed above.

In most cases, travel fees start around $50 and may increase based on how far we travel, the time of day, or the urgency of your request. Before confirming your appointment, we’ll clearly explain and finalize all costs so you know exactly what to expect before we head your way.

What Our Clients Say About Us

We are the best notary experts

Why We Stand Out

Same-Day Appointments

We realize that document signings don't always fit a timing. That's why we make room for same-day and emergency appointments where we can.

Error-Free Notarization

Each document is checked before stamping. This preventative action avoids rejected forms or holdups with title companies, banks, and government agencies.

Mobile Convenience

We visit anywhere within Katy and surrounding communities—be it a home, office, or healthcare center, so you can prioritize what's most important.

Client-First Approach

We make sure to tell you what you're signing and why some steps are important. We want to ensure that you know and are comfortable with it.

What should I bring to a notary appointment?

A government-issued photo ID that is valid (driver’s license, passport, or state ID) and the document you must have notarized. If witnesses are needed, they should be accompanied by valid ID as well.

Yes. Whether evening, weekend, or even last-minute booking, we have flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

You’ll confirm your identity online, connect with the notary via a secure video platform, and e-sign. We’re in full compliance with Texas Administrative Code for Remote Online Notaries.

That varies by form, but typically, you’ll need identification that’s still valid and the original document. We’ll walk you through the rest to ensure compliance.

Yes. Our fingerprinting services are FBI, FDLE, and Texas DPS compliant, and they are appropriate for employment, licensing, and security clearance purposes.

We serve real estate, legal, finance, and healthcare professionals with documentation and consulting requirements, ensuring them to stay compliant and efficient.
